Porch & pantry get new life as a solid birch Shaker kitchen - plenty of storage

Lloyd and Charlotte Farmer live in a sturdy, well-built 250 year old home. "It's solid as a rock," she says with satisfaction.

Charles Lantz Cabinetry remodelled the porch and pantry into a lovely hardwood kitchen with a layout that's simple and spacious.

"It's easy for me to work in," she says. "It's a beautiful kitchen." "They did good," adds her husband, Lloyd. "And the installers are really good."
