Owner-designed, passive solar coastal getaway: home to picture-perfect kitchen!

"I was looking at the website before we bought the land," recalls Donna. "I thought to myself, I hope our budget will include a CLC kitchen."

"Fred designed the house - with my input - especially the kitchen," she adds with a ready smile.

Fred and Donna couldn't be happier with Charles and his professional crew's dedication to task and eye-for-detail. It took her awhile to get used to putting anything on the sparkling blue kitchen countertops - they are that beautiful!
